612 StudioServices

From idea to launch, and beyond.

Web and mobile apps, internal tools and AI. Designed and built by one team.

Everything a product needs, under one roof.

We start with the problem, not the feature list. Together we decide what the first version must do, and what can wait.

Prototypes you can hold, not slide decks. You steer while steering is cheap.

Native mobile and the web, tested and security-reviewed before anything ships.

Where AI belongs, we build it to run your operation: the agent, and the console to run it. Not a demo that breaks.

We ship to real users, hand over the code, accounts and keys, and stay close after launch.

Services.

How a project runs.

An embedded technology partner: hands-on, white-glove, led by Simon from the first call to after launch. One build at a time.

Every step, in words
  1. Discovery Sprint
    • Research: Your market, your rivals and the problem worth solving.
    • Metrics: What success looks like, and how it will be measured.
    • Roadmap: What the first version must do, and what can wait.
    • Wireframes: Each screen's bones, before any styling.
    • Prototype: A clickable version you, and your users, can try.
    • Tech plan: The architecture, the stack and the risks, planned up front.
  2. Build, from 3 months
    • UI design: Every screen designed, on brand, with you steering.
    • Design system: The parts every screen is built from, so it stays consistent.
    • Foundations: Hosting, sign-in and the pipeline every change ships through.
    • Frontend: The screens people use, on the web and on their phones.
    • Backend and APIs: The data, the logic and the services behind the screens.
    • Security review: A pass for weak spots, each one fixed before launch.
    • Integrations: Payments, email, maps: the services your product leans on.
    • Testing and QA: Every sprint's work tested end to end, then fixed.
    • User testing: End users try each new build; what they find shapes the next.
  3. Launch
    • Beta: The real product in real hands, before everyone else.
    • Production set-up: Hosting, monitoring and backups, ready for real traffic.
    • Release: Rolled out to everyone, and watched closely as it goes.
    • Handover: Code, accounts, keys and documents: all of it yours.
  4. After launch, ongoing
    • Feedback: What real usage says, feeding every improvement.
    • Fixes and updates: Bugs fixed, and everything it runs on kept current.
    • Improvements: New features and refinements, shaped by real usage.
    • Next phase: A new release or expansion, scoped on its own: the cycle restarts.

FAQs.

How much does it cost?

Each project is scoped individually, with clear and transparent costs based on your goals, delivery timeline and technology needs. Pricing is agreed upfront, with no hidden fees along the way.

What if we decide to cancel the project?

You can cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice, and we prorate the last month. It's there for peace of mind; no clients have ever left early, and we're confident we can deliver value from month one.

How long will it take to develop my product?

For most products, we can move from kickoff to MVP in as little as 3 months. Timelines vary depending on complexity. Our agile processes ensure steady, measurable progress from the very first meeting.

When can we start?

612 takes on very few projects at a time, to give each the highest quality of service. If we're a good fit, we can kick off as soon as contracts are signed.

Will we retain full IP ownership?

All source code and deliverables remain fully yours. We offer NDAs and IP ownership agreements before any engagement.

What happens after launch?

After launch, you can choose to keep us on, month to month, for fixes, updates and improvements. If you want to scale the product in-house, we make handover easy.
